TalkTalk Business teams up with twentysix to launch new website

twentysix has unveiled a major website redevelopment for TalkTalk Business, one of the UK’s fastest-growing business telecoms suppliers.

It is the first major project to be completed since twentysix won the role of lead digital agency for TalkTalk Business last year. Our award-winning agency is currently managing  the ongoing development of the TalkTalk Business website.

TalkTalk Business provides Business Grade broadband and connectivity, voice services, hosted solutions and mobile telephony  to small and large businesses. TalkTalk’s IP-based Next Generation Network offers the largest reach of any provider, with over 2300 enabled exchanges reaching of 93% of UK businesses.

The team at twentysix were briefed with redesigning and redeveloping the main TalkTalk Business website to increase customer engagement, position TalkTalk Business as a thought leader in the evolution of telecoms and cloud services, and increase the website’s conversion rate.

The new website was created following an extensive Discovery phase, with workshops with stakeholders and key user audiences in order to identify users’ requirements. Innovative features and functionality include broadband speed and availability checkers, live chat, a dynamic page structure and a blog. A custom analytics package aligns and scores user interaction and engagement, as part of an ongoing conversion optimisation programme.
